I have read through the attachment. Apart from some grammatical editing it looks good as your first attempt - well done.

Perhaps in the outcomes you could be more specific in one area?Avoiding the extraction of carious teeth?

You make a good case about dentist not filling teeth but taking them out. We would hope that if crowns were fitted the number of teeth extracted would decrease.
