When he hit the final shuttle to beat Mr Japanese guy.. we shrieked like there was NO TOMORROW.


I have never been this patriotic before, or felt this patriotic. Never also did I feel so united with my fellow countrymen who were in the stadium, cheering our 'hero' on..

Its true what they say, sports unites. :) Regardless of whatever issues we have in our home country, it is all forgotten with watching the fighting spirit of a Malaysian on the court, cheering him on.

An experience I will never forget for the rest of my life. What makes it better is that its Chong Wei's FIRST ALL ENGLAND win :) and I was THERE!!!! :):):)

Sth funny happened there that tickles me until now.. the locals behind us who was also watching the match was shouting ''Go JOHN'' instead of ''CHONG'' coz they didnt get his name! HAHAHAH TYPICAL :)
