What blood type are YOU?

Today's amusement came from my coursemate/ korean friend HyunMin. ^^

We were chatting mindlessly on the bus on the way home, and I made a random statement on how I noticed that I got along better with people born in certain months of the year. (OK I know very erm out-of-point random of me but I do that all the time.. the randomism which I call "peilianism" ^^)

So I asked him if he believed in that sort of stuff.

He said to me, "Oh. I think I believe more in like BLOOD TYPES."

I looked at him BLANKLY. *blink blink*

"errrr what do you mean?"

"Oh I somehow can tell a person's blood type just by looking at them. And I believe I get along better with people of certain blood types."


Dot. dot. dot.


So he proceeded to guess the blood types of a few people we both know..

( I was somewhat sceptical that it would be accurate I had to admit.. I even asked him if it was a 'korean' ability becoz I have never heard of this in my life EVER before)


AND GUESS WHAT I JUST FOUND OUT. A TOTAL OF 3 ACCURATE GUESSES AS OF NOW.


HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA is it normal for me to be a little freaked out?

How on earth could he tell???? -_-

Today a kid cried on the chair bcoz she was terrified of having 'pictures of her teeth' taken.

Margaret, my nurse.. is amazing with children though.

She asked the little girl after all the 'drama'.. "Do you hate Pei and myself now? Will you come back to see us?"

And the little girl, face still slobbered with tears and 'goo'.. nodded slowly.

Awwh bless. ^^ After all she did learn how to brush her teeth like she was 'cleaning her house' systematically. Front doors, back doors, windows, etc. Yup, creativity IT IS. Did I mention Margaret's amazing? I would LOVE to import her back to Malaysia as my dental nurse.

Margaret even said to the receptionist standing at the door of our surgery ,
"Isn't this room bright and shiny now, Lucy's teeth is gleaming from all that brushing!"

"yea I need my sunnies now that its so bright!"

Nothing like a bright big compliment to make an upset child flash those erm 'carious but clean' teeth again. ^^


She always knows what to say, and when to say it. The kiddies LOVE her.

No seriously. CAN I IMPORT HER BACK HOME?

HAHAHA.

I have come to terms with many of my friends' unexplainable 'affinity to photograph me when I sleep.

Therefore I have devised this 'fool-proof' way of 'disguise' to avoid the unglam *mouth-open, salivary drooling, nostrils flaring* face of mine from being captured.

Little did I know..

And I guess I have underestimated their 'creative' abilities. -_-

HAHAHAHA this photo CRACKS me up. ^^

I want to run around, fly a kite, in a VAST FIELD like the one we were on 2 years ago in Edinburgh!

Lie down on the grass afterwards just staring at the BLUE BLUE sky.

Ahhh.. nostalgia. ^^



Now all I see from my window is.. erm construction HOLES, poles and builders. ( and none of them are 'hot stuff' or have hot bods in case you were wondering *sighhh*) -_-

It doesn't take a 'high tech camera'...

.. to capture the beautiful first blossoms of spring!!!

So SO lovely ^^

To my dearest housemate/next-door-neighbour/coursemate/ most importantly,

FRIEND ...^.^

This time round I won't be long-winded : You live next to me anyway, I can say whatever I want to say to you pretty easily...

Although there is one very important thing I would like to say to you here:

I *heart* Mallorca, SPAIN

I just came back from a very enjoyable and relaxing 4day3nights holiday in Mallorca, SPAIN.

And yes, I have been hit by the 'bug'. The 'Post-Holiday-Withdrawal-Syndrome' bug.

*sighhh*

I guess what makes holidays more enjoyable in a sense is that at some point you have to come back from it, to your mundane and ever-so-boring life... only to hopefully..

..look forward to the next one. ^^

There were 12 of us, and we hired 3 cars, to drive around this beautiful island for all the 4 days we were there.

2 walkie-talkies to facilitate communication between 2 cars (Tom's car in front, and Oli behind, leaving Justin's car right in the middle without one )^^, a 'TomTom' and several maps to help us find our way... and off we went, exploring the island!! ^^

*sighhh* remembering those times makes me depressed to be back here in Manchester, having to face my books for the upcoming final exams

Haha anyways I was too lazy to sort the pictures out in a systematic way.. *there are too many!!!*

so pardon my *random-ness* ^^ heheh

the apartment we stayed in had gorgeous interiors, a beautiful cafetaria/bar facing the pool ^^

we had so much fun on the beach playing all sorts of games ( I shall not go to the part where I was ALMOST thrown into the COLD sea by Tom and Thomas *grr* )

Us girls definitely didn't miss out on any chance to have some fun on the fine, white sand ^^

there was, of course, countless moments to remember ^^

..and orange and lemon tree plantations amidst a beautiful quaint village we found on our way! ( of course we had to purchase their fresh produce!! ^^)

i loved the beach.. the sound of the waves, the light breeze and the soft sand under my toes as I strolled along..

i loved the amazing scenery of the island from above..

i loved the spanish architecture and culture we saw along the way..

i loved the colourful vibrancy of palma city during the day...

i loved the mysterious and quaint feeling the city vibrates during the night..

.. but nothing beats the amazing people I travelled with to make this trip the BEST !!!

and again, I *heart* Mallorca.

Who wouldn't??? ^^
